Carrbridge circuit east ~ 170 miles ~4.5 hours riding

One rider, a keen angler, said he had never explored the Spey Valley, so, from our base at Carrbridge we head east to Grantown-on-Spey and continue along the course of the Spey to Aberlour then deviate to Dufftown, Huntley where we stop for morning coffee.

We head next towards Turrif then follow the River Deveron to the ruins of Castle Eden then onwards to Banff, Buckie then Keith before turning back to the Spey at Fochabers and later Elgin where we stop for lunch.

From Elgin we turn inland to Dallas (just so you can say we went to Dallas!) then Forres and from there head back to base via Glenferness.
