Glasgow to Ft William via Mull of Kintyre (315 miles)
All group members depart from Shelly Road Glasgow heading up Gt Western Road and onwards to Loch Lomond. Those taking the longest route will turn left to cross Glen Fruin to Gareloch whilst the other two will continue up Loch lomond to Tarbet all will regroup at Arrochar and crosss the Rest and be Thankful to Inveraray.
At this stage the novice group will head north to Loch Awe and onwards to Connel.
The other two groups will head south to Lochgilphead where a split will again be offered. The intermediate group will now turn north to Oban to rejoin the novice group at Connel whilst the most experienced riders continue south to Campbeltown taking a circuit of the Mull of Kintyre before making their way past Oban to Connel.
The day will end at Glen Nevis Youth Hostel.

Ft William to Ullapool via Skye (315 miles)
All riders will head north the Invergarry then turn west towards Skye. At Dornie the group will make its first split. The most experienced riders will take a partial circuit of Skye whilst the other two groups head north to Strathcarron.
Novices will continue to Auchnasheen and onwards to Corstan before turning west to Ullapool
Intermediates will continue around Loch Carron and Loch Kishorn then continue to Shieldaig where they can regroup with those taking the longest route.
Experienced riders will rejoin the route at Dornie after their Skye circuit and continue around Lochs Carron and Kishorn but will then cross the Bealach na Ba to Appecross and follow the cost to Shieldaig to regroup.
All groups end the day at Ullapool Youth Hostel

Ullapool to Inverness via John o Groats (305 miles)
All groups head north to Ledmore. Those taking the shortest route will now turn south east to Oykel Bridge and onwards to Invershin then over Bonner Bridge and on to Morangie they will then follow the A9 to Inverness.
The Intermediate group will take a short cut to Unapool then follow the mapped route for a while making an exit at Tongue to go via Lairg and join the A9 just south of the Dornoch Bridge and comtinue to Inverness.
Those up for the longest ride will take te road to Stoer and Drumbeg before regrouping at Unapool. They will also continue along the north coast to John O Groats before turning south to Inverness.

Inverness to Glasgow circuitous route (300 miles)
This will be a long day even for those on the shortest route option as they follow the course of The Great Glen to Ft William then onwards to Glasgow via Crainlarich.
The Intermediate group will ride with the most experienced group to the east to Brackley then south to Grantoun on Spey and onwards to Braemar before turning west to Pitlochry.This group will then continue to Kenmore follow the northern shore of Loch Tay to Killin then on to Crainlarich and follw the novice group back to Glasgow.
The most experienced riders will head north west from Pitlochry to Tummel Bridge the through Glen Lion and down to Loch Tay to Kenmore. Pass through Glen Quaich and onwards to Crieff. Next they head west to Lochearnhead and south to Kilmahog where they take the Dukes Pass to Aberfoyle. At the Port of Mentieth they cross to Kippin and Fintry then through the Carron Valley and down the Takmadoon Road to Kilsyth before making our way back to Glasgow.
